After the strict evaluation by the European Research Council, Xu Sai, the associate Professor at the school of Cyberspace Security with 95.00% of the evaluation result, was selected into the Marie Sklodowska-Curie Individual Fellowships Program in 2021. The "Marie Curie scholars"is one of the Europe's big three outstanding talentsprogram(the other twoare: Newton British academics, Humboldt scholars in Germany), isalsothe highest award of individual European Union funded research. It has ahigherinternational reputation, designed to support the top scientificresearchers to collaborate on research in Europe in order to promote scientific progress and strengthen international cooperation in science and technology. The applications are open to all nationalities and disciplinesfrom all over the worldwith a low funding rates and the competitionis fiercethis year.
The associate professor Xu is selected to the EU Marie Curie scholars talent program shows our research work is recognised by the height of the European counterparts,and it isalsoa big achievements in respects of young teachers training. It is a great significance to deepen the international scientific and technological exchanges and cooperation between our university and European countries and to enhance the international competitiveness and influence of network security discipline.
Xu Sai, the associate professor at the School of Cyberspace Security in Northwestern Polytechnical University. He also is a member of IEEE and the China Electronic Education Association. The research contents include wireless communication, intelligent reflector and physical layer security. He has published 14 high-level papers in authoritative journals and flagship conferences such as《IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications》, 《IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology》, etc. All of his research results arewidely recognized by the community and the industry.
