If you want to create a successful Team, grade the Team – bucket them to A, B , C types. Have a conscious plan to improve the each of these groups to the other level. Addressing A players to become A+ and working on the rest of them based on their strengths/ weakness, constantly improve, motivate, and make them work with their heart, make them feel important, have their capability improved are the key aspects of success.
Pounding for end result is not the right strategy. Rather, working on the nuances of their capability can increase their capacity over time. Prepare to invest dedicated time to each of these buckets and in a few months, there will be visible difference in overall performance.
